Description Responsibilities Define and execute the product strategy to continuously improve the data platform to benefit both clients and internal stakeholders Solve product problems to make the data inbound/outbound pipeline more effective and relentlessly enhance the data workflows efficiency Partner closely with developers to assess feasibility of ideas, implement your designs to spec and ship great products Collaborate with the data science team to apply AI/ML technologies and methodologies to enhance the quality of data Build relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams to assess data platform needs and align priorities Measure success with actionable metrics to optimize the iterative process Qualifications 7+ years experience in product management roles building and delivering successful data and data platform solutions Proficiency with data handling, processing, harmonization, and standardization Fluent with Big data and AI/ML technologies and methodologies Strong technical and analytical abilities, preferably with experience working with BI tools and distributed systems Proven team leadership, project management and group facilitation skills Highly organized, detail-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal skills Thrive in a fast-paced, high growth and dynamic environment Master of Science or Engineering preferred but not required Commercial real estate knowledge a plus Launched in 2012, we've built a network of 25,000 brokers, appraisers and research professionals across the country, using a unique crowdsourced model.
