Responsibilities would include:

- Prepping all food everyday

- Cooking food up to expectations

- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen

-Operate restaurant to specifications, upholding standards and impeccable service.

-Ensure service style and standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded.

-Performs related duties as required.
