As a Guest Services Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:Create memorable first and last impressions by providing warm, friendly, and professional service to every guest.Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.Build strong relationships with guests, recognising returning visitors and delivering personalised service whenever possible.Work collaboratively across departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the hotel.
