Field Canvasser

Full-Time Field Canvassing Positions:

Field canvassers interact with homeowners door-to-door in various communities throughout the Capital Region, setting up appointments for the Home Evolution sales team.

NO Actual Sales Involved -

Simply set up the appointments for the home owners and our sales team does the rest!

Get paid for call backs from door knockers and mailings.

Receive a commission for each appointment you set that turns into a job.

Weekly fuel allowance ($50-$70) - you'll be issued a company credit card for gas.

Pay Structure:

$16/hr Base Pay

$50 to $100 for every appointment you set

$50 to $100 for every call back appointment from flyers/door hangers

$250 additional commission if an appointment is sold by our estimator

Training and all the tools for success are provided.

Experience working with customers, especially homeowners preferred, but not required.

We are willing to train the right person!
