Production Associate

We are a small printing company looking for a Production Associate

The Production Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both our production processes and shipping department. This position involves a combination of tasks related to the production of our products, packaging, shipping and delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 40 lbs.)

Proficiency with basic computer applications

Basic math skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Deliver cartons up to 40 lbs. using company mini van

This position involves a combination of tasks related to the packaging, shipping, production and delivery products

Identifies, separates, labels, and palletizes merchandise onto flats

Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards

Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage shipping schedules

Maintain shipping records and track shipments to ensure timely delivery

Handle customer inquiries related to shipping and resolve any issues promptly

Assist in the production process, including hand assembly of printed materials

Train on small equipment

Hours are Monday- Friday 7am-3pm

Full time 37.50 work week (Part time will be considered)
