Job Summary:

As a Home Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services in clients' homes. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining cleanliness and organization, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.

- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

- Organize and declutter spaces as requested by clients.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good condition.

- Adhere to company policies and safety standards.

- Provide excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.

- Opportunity to mentor or train new staff members as you grow in the role.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Must have reliable transportation to travel to various client locations.
