Property Maintenance/Handyman

We are a growing property management and maintenance company seeking someone interested in assisting with:

-maintenance items

-groundskeeping, tidying, light landscaping

-organizing materials

-completing finishing tasks (replace cabinet knobs, caulk, etc)

Ideal applicant must have the following:

-attention to detail

-creative problem solving (this role does not require trade experience, but we LOVE create solutions to cosmetic issues)

-ability to take daily photos and close work orders on our portal

-ability to transport provided equipment

-ability to work WITHIN the hours of 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm, but hours may be flexible or rotating (sorry, no nights or weekends offered)

-ability to pass a background check (NO theft or intentional vandalism, no violence toward vulnerable parties; we are flexible so don't hesitate to apply if you have a record, but you are going to be around people and trust is critical)

Locations: Albany, Troy, Rensselaer, Cohoes, Watervliet, Green Island. Schenectady is also a growing market for us.

There is ability to grow into a leadership role and/or receive a pay increase rapidly.

Pay: $25/hour with $100 gas reimbursement ROOM TO GROW
