Commercial building maintenance

We are looking for someone to help with general maintenance in Downtown Troy. The position is full or part time during daytime hours and all tasks will be located within a three block radius.

Tasks will include:

- Building maintenance and general upkeep

- Moving materials

- Demolition

- Clearing debris

- Occasionally picking up trash from a central location and bringing it to the dumpster

- Some snow removal during winter months

We are looking for someone skilled with knowledge of commercial maintenance with a background in trades

All work will be done at commercial properties in the heart of Downtown Troy.
