City Line Bar and Grill, a locally owned and bustling hotspot, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team. If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for food, team development, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

-Oversee kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and presentation

-Manage and schedule kitchen staff to ensure optimal performance and coverage

-Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role

-Strong leadership and communication skills

-In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety regulations

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
