The starting wage for this role is $24.00 per hour. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).What You'll Do:
Must learn the safe and proper operation of area equipment.
Perform set-up, start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as needed.
Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation.
Maintain downtime records during line operation.
Responsible for conducting and documenting quality checks.
Perform sanitation duties for production equipment as needed and period sanitation work as assigned.
May be assigned to different areas and/or shifts as production requires.
Must demonstrate leadership skills and behavior to work effectively in a team.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the manager, supervisor, or facilitator.

Previous food industry experience preferred
