Construction Superintendent - Residential (Santa Fe)

We are looking for a positive and inspiring Superintendent to be part of an efficient skilled team performing excellent work every day, safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in residential field construction supervision, or project management.
Working knowledge in all areas of residential construction practices quality standards and terminology, in English and preferably, Spanish.
Ability to comprehend and implement architectural construction documents, and to express and understand these concepts in English and Spanish.
Organized, adaptable, analytical, possessing a sense of urgency and being detail-oriented. Responsive and persistent in follow up, while delivering superior quality.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, while directing subcontractors, vendors and field crew.
Ability to establish good rapport and communication with a variety of people and personalities, including, but not limited to upper management, staff/peers, designers, trades, vendors & clients who may speak English or Spanish.
Motivate building partners to perform at a high level of competency.
Effective time management, multi-task and prioritize in order to meet goals & deadlines.
Proficient with digital technology.
Demonstrate personal accountability and ownership for project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead a crew of 1-4 team members
Work closely with Architects, Project Managers, Designers, Sub-Contractors to complete projects and achieve client satisfaction.
Read plans, layout, organize, bring innovation, and perform work to reach mile stones efficiently
Perform Quality Assurance checks
Maintain an OSHA compliant working environment
Organize, maintain, and secure: Tools, Shop and Equipment, Supplies, Materials, Job Sites
Perform team meetings to keep the field crew aware of goals and deadlines.

We offer:
Hourly pay: $30 - $40/hour depending on experience
Pay every 2 weeks
Reliable 40-hour work weeks, no weekends
