LANDSCAPE ESTIMATOR

—familiar with local soil conditions

—experience using measuring tools such as a digital transit.

—-Familiarity with landscaping tools and techniques.

—Experience with masonry, digging, planting, irrigation.

—-Experience with numbers, spreadsheets and facility with math.

Responsibilities include reviewing sites and site conditions, taking photos of sites and evaluating site conditions, able to determine project costs based upon landscape plans and site conditions, materials prices.

Calculate Labor time and materials cost estimating.

Produce Rough calculations on how much to charge clients.

Employment type: Part-time at 30 hours per week

Compensation: $35 an hour
