Local business is seeking an articulate, accurate, efficient, and organized individual who can work independently and be an enthusiastic team member.

Must be EXTREMELY proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Bookkeeping:

· Manage all accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Process weekly payroll.

· Invoice weekly maintenance, design, installation, and holiday decorating jobs.

· Send out monthly maintenance contract invoices and statements as needed.

· Be familiar with memorized transactions and custom templates in QB.

· Manage QB Merchant Services deposits.

· Have a thorough knowledge of customizing QB reports including financial reports to assist the owner in making business decisions.

· Manage collections including contacting clients with outstanding balances.

. Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues

Office Administration:

· Oversee completion of hiring paperwork by new employees. Enter employee information in QuickBooks.

· Maintain/update records and files for vendors, office equipment, employees, business records, subcontractors, vehicles & insurance

· Make bank deposits.

· Manage Company insurance policies including audit preparation.

. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
