Our busy catering business is looking for someone with full knowledge of Quick Books who will also assist with the smooth operation of our office.
Bookkeeping responsibilities require experience with Quick Books Desktop functions: AR, AP, Payroll (data collection and payroll creation), Account Reconciliation, Report creation, CRS / NM Tax and Revenue filing, IRS filing, Quarterly Filing, Annual Filing.
As the Office Manager you must have knowledge of Microsoft software, PC computers and peripherals and a basic understanding of computer networks and the ability to communicate effectively and stay organized.
