Outdoor and General Maintenance

Looking for an able individual to help with general maintenance at a compound of six residential units and with a fair amount of landscaping.

Experience is not as important as a willingness to learn and to adapt to new situations.

Work can include pruning, tree trimming, garden cleaning, hand watering, sprinkler sets, irrigation monitoring and repair (six zones), planting and transplanting, scraping and painting trim, general maintenance of walkways and driveways, etc. Handyman/carpenter skills a plus.

This is job for a reliable, independent contractor. Not a full time position, but more hours in spring, summer, and fall than in winter. Likely 2-3 days a week in busy seasons. $18 per hour to start.

The compound is near St Vincent Hospital. A car is probably needed.
