Hospitality Specialist and Cleaning Inspector in Santa Fe

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to interface with our short-term rental guests before, during and post stay. You must be willing to lend a hand with cleaning if and as necessary and manage inventory. This is a part-time position and retired individuals are welcome to apply. You must reside in Santa Fe, must have a clean background, work authorization, reliable transportation and a driver's license.

Responsibilities:

- Inspect cleaned spaces to ensure high-quality standards

- Step in to clean, as needed, to maintain excellence

- Conduct inventory checks and restock supplies

- Report any issues or maintenance needs promptly. Step in, as necessary, to address minor needs

- Handle guest communications and problem resolution before, during and after guest stays

Requirements:

- Availability: 3-5 days per week, usually 2 PM - 5 PM

- Must live in Santa Fe, NM

- Reliable transportation, reliable cellular and Internet coverage to respond to guests without delay

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to perform light to moderate cleaning duties.
