Social Listening and Insights AnalystUnited StatesNewInformation Technology9 hours agoPost Date22202030Requisition #Apply for JobShare this JobSign Up for Job AlertsDuration: 12 monthsLocation: 100% RemoteJob Title: Social Listening and Insights AnalystPay Rate: Based on experienceOverview: The Social Media Analyst will collaborate closely with the Manager of Social Insights and Technology to build listening and insights for social platforms and campaigns, including internal business units and stakeholders globally. This will include assisting in listening and reporting projects throughout the social network and maintaining the health of a share of voice (SOV) global metric program.Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a key project member in defining and measuring SOV against competitors in key markets, planning for scale. Identify and execute in areas where Sprinklr automation can improve business efficiency Keep project list up to date and deliver reporting at key reporting intervals. Serve as a member of the lead reporting team for events and assigned projects Manage the social listening architecture and standards for the social media technology stack, specifically the Sprinklr listening module. Act as a social media crisis communications backup for the Global Social Media Team. Shares relevant brand and corporate listening insights with assigned business units and countries. Insights include topical trends as well as analysis of social landscape and audience buzz volume, frequency, velocity, demographics, and related dimensions. Act as social listening training lead, consulting with internal business units and geographic markets on best practices and project needs. In the effort to provide a more self-service structure. Assist Technology team in advocating and training towards widespread social listening adoption and enablement across a global organization, for example.Education and Experience Requirements: Experience creating insights, SOV and listening reporting programs for a large brand, global experience preferred but not necessary Experience integrating insights and data from multiple social media platforms and consolidating for top-level reporting built internally Experience in training partners and stakeholders on gaining insights from established listening setups. Expert project management skill level and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities end-to-end Experience identifying key insights from large sets of data and reporting in an executive-ready format Deep knowledge and passion for social media listening and analytics Ability to glean insights Experience with social media publishing tools Experience working with a team across multiple countries Communication and collaboration among WW Digital, WW Brand, WW Events, WW Communications, Product Marketing, and Geo Alignment that drives clarity and understanding of listening insights requirements, while building and strengthening business relation Additional Information: No third party resumes will be accepted CTG will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
