Service Manager ( remote work )

The Service Manager is responsible for the daily operational coordination of customer repairs.

This position works in concert with the Shop Manager to facilitate maximum shop throughput

while achieving quality goals. A successful Service Manager is an expert at customer relations

and operations management.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee, coordinate, and manage operations workflow

● Provide an exceptional customer service experience

● Ensure efficient and timely completion of automotive repairs and maintenance

● Schedule appointments and manage the workflow in the service department

● Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and inventory
