APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER & MAINTENANCE TEAM (Couple Preferred)
needed for a 50-unit apartment complex in Sandoval County, NM, just north of Albuquerque, NM.
Candidate for the Manager position should possess skills to be able to handle duties associated with property management such as collecting rents, maintaining accurate financial records and other types of documentation, meeting paperwork deadlines, answering phone, copying, filing, implementing rules and regulations, and sometimes the challenge of dealing with difficult people. Must be computer proficient.
Candidate for the Maintenance position must have knowledge of basic apartment complex operations, various phases of maintenance (including drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, rehab and appropriate type of heating and air conditioning equipment), materials and equipment used in maintenance and repair. Must have knowledge of type and uses of common hand tools, power tools, and other tools used in maintenance and rehab and the ability to perform manual tasks requiring physical strength and endurance.
Candidates must be experienced, dependable and have good work ethics. We require a background check.
Both positions are full time (30 hours per week for Manager position, 40 hours per week for Maintenance position, and possibly some on-call for after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance repairs).
