RV Park Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a full-time (or part time) Maintenance Technician at Coyote Flats RV Park to maintain the grounds of a premium long-term RV Park in the town of Carlsbad, NM.

Located in a prime quiet location close to Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Living Desert State Park and Zoo, and the Carlsbad Water park.

This position’s responsibilities entail park maintenance and repairs for the 200-slot facility. Primary duties include plumbing, painting, electrical, troubleshooting, landscaping, weed control, working with tenants, registering guests, keeping the park clean, preserving the cleanliness of the laundry room and showers, and collecting rent as needed.

Prior maintenance experience preferred.

Basic hand tools will be required.

Communication skills with Park Manager and Management required.

Friendly and professional skills with tenants.

Willingness to maintain the yard and clean facilities required.

Basic plumbing and electrical skills required.

Job Type: Full-time - Are open to part time as well.

Expected hours: 40 per week
