You will have the opportunity to work on exciting residential projects, bringing your skills to life while ensuring our clients' visions come to fruition.
Compensation: Anywhere from $150,000-$250,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Study and analyze blueprints and floor plans to understand plumbing system layouts for residential and commercial properties.
Navigate the assembly and installation of drains and supply lines, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
Troubleshoot and fix issues relating to shower drains, supply lines, clogged drains, faucet problems, broken drainage lines, and more.
Prepare work orders, schedules, and other project documentation as needed.
Coordinate with installers, helpers, and subcontractors, ensuring they operate efficiently to meet deadlines.
Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, addressing concerns, and keeping them informed of project progress.
Collaborate with other project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Maintain current knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work.
Monitor, direct, and supervise all aspects of plumbing installation projects from inception to completion.
Verify accuracy and completeness of work performed on project job sites.
Qualifications:
Active plumbing license in New Mexico
Proven experience working as a plumber in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials and equipment
Working knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work
Exceptional customer service and client focus
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Familiar with plumbing tools and equipment
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
