Skilled Construction Worker Needed

We are a woman-owned and veteran-owned family construction company seeking skilled construction workers who have the integrity, motivation, and good-humor to work in a start-up environment and push jobs forward to completion. We are busy and looking for skilled folks who can help us move our jobs forward. We are seeking people who are willing to make a two-year commitment (at least).

Skilled Construction Responsibilities:

- MUST HAVE substantial knowledge in multiple areas of construction

-Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.

-Prefer ability to lead a 2-3 person crew.

-Willingness to teach laborers construction & construction etiquette

-Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.

Skilled Construction Requirements:

Must have valid driver license and a reliable vehicle.

Must have a reliable smartphone.

Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.

Ability to work in all weather.

Workers must be punctual and reliable.

Must be skilled in construction.
