Position is full time M-F, 35-40 hours/week. on site $17.00 / hour plus bonuses A New Mexico Health Insurance license is preferred for this position, If you are not currently licensed we will help you in obtaining your license.

Note: This is an on-site position only. There is no remote work opportunity.

Job Purpose

Responsible for: providing accurate and courteous service to members, producers and company personnel. This position includes Medicare Sales, Client Services and Follow-up, application tracking, data entry, outbound calling campaigns, Membership service

Duties:

Comply with all compliance, internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to service performance and quality standards by Creating files, entering information, creating leads, apps and policies in dashboard

Maintain proper file documentation including all phone calls, correspondence, faxes and emails in the dashboard

Inform and educate members about policy coverage, changes, exclusions and insurance plans

Recording ref numbers, names of representatives and the Q&A presented to/from the Rep

Call expired member lists, welcome to Amac calls, assist MSR department with data entry

Any other related duties Sales and Customer Services

Skills/Qualifications:

Possession and maintenance of a State Brokers License

Strong customer service skills with an ability to assess insurance coverage needs

Excellent communication and diplomacy skills to resolve member issues

Articulate, well organized and proficient at multi-tasking

Goal oriented and highly motivated and resourceful to achieve results

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant company proprietary databases

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
