Automotive Office Manager

Automotive Office person needed for a well established auto shop of 20 years. Must have good knowledge of computer software notably Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Quick Books also a plus. Proficient in Social Media advertising platforms for our retail side. Automotive software Mitchell Pro-Demand, Identifix knowledge a plus but will train the right individual for that management program. Duties include assist owner with daily operations, scheduling. Two parts to company include fleet management paperwork and regular customer paperwork. Must have strong communication skills which is vital to our Fleet Side. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with some overtime when asked. Reliability and dependability is also a must. Pay is $18.00 per hour to start.
