need someone with a gb2 license to address some nitpicks

selling a home and have 4 things to address per a buyer home inspection:

- caulking a few fixtures in the interior and some tiles and windows on the exterior

- putting 2 raincaps on masonry wall and cementing in place some loose blocks

- chip out some stucco from weepholes on window

- flashing of stucco on the roof where it meets tile in a particular spot

I will pay for all materials and $500 for labor. Must have valid gb2 license that I can lookup
