I send an available assignment list to all my available contractors at 5pm the first to respond get the position I normally have 5+ assignments a day so as long as you reply within 20/30min you should get a location. There is always a supervisor or manager on site and you must check in with them and me every time you come and go from the property you cannot make your own schedule you must work the schedule provided.
Main things
1. Always stay busy
2. Check in and out with the office manager each time you come and go or anytime you take a break. Failure to do so can result in losing an assignment.
3. When you finish a task make sure you contact the supervisor right away and ask for another task.
4. If we get bad reports from the properties you will no longer receive job assignments.
5. Timesheets are how you get paid so make sure you check with the properties before you leave to find out if you're coming back the next day if not then make sure you fill out a timesheet and have the manager sign it. Always check with us right away to make sure we got it. DO NOT WAIT TILL THE FOLLOWING WEEK. If they don't have you back just text me and ask for a new assignment and I'll send you what's available
