Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a motivated maintenance technician that is willing to learn and work as a team player. No experience is required but preferred. Maintenance technician responsibilities include making sure property ground looks good, keeping up with unit turns, and service request. This is a property of 192 unit, so this is a very fast past environment. We offer insurance plans and 401k.
