New Mexico, Albuquerque, 87101 Albuquerque USASchedules Available:
-Friday-Sunday 8pm-8am 36 hours per week.
-Saturday and Sunday 12:30pm-4:30pm 8 hours per week
-Tuesday-Thursday 12pm-8pm 24 hours per week
-Tuesday 1pm-8pm, Wednesday 8am-2pm, Thursday 2pm-8pm 19 hours per week
-We have multiple full-time and part-time positions available based on your availability.

Responsibilities:
· Offer personalized assistance with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
· Provide companionship, active listening, and emotional support to enhance our client’s quality of life.
· Assure that medication is taken and maintain detailed records to ensure the well-being of our seniors.
· Create a safe and comfortable living space, keeping rooms tidy and organized.
· Engage clients in meaningful activities and exercises that promote mental and physical well-being.
· Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans to individual needs.
· Be a source of encouragement and motivation, empowering seniors to maintain their independence.
Requirements:
· A heartwarming passion for caregiving and a genuine love for the elderly.
· Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, or a related field is an advantage, but we welcome those with a strong desire to learn and grow in this role and are willing to train.
· Exceptional communication skills to build strong connections with our residents and their families.
· Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to navigate challenges with grace.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
