Overnight Weekend Care Partner for Residential Assisted Living

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to join our team.

As a Care Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a clean healthy environment, assisting with activities of daily living, PRN medication administration, and overall senior care service. You will work with our team to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Duties:

- Overnight shift is consists of mostly cleaning meal prep, organization and resident care if they wake.

- Provide hands-on assistance with daily activities for individuals.

- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines and protocols if needed. No scheduled medication pass at

night.

- Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities or concerns promptly if assigned.

- Engage in social activities to promote emotional well-being and social interaction among residents if residents wake.

- Understand memory care techniques to support individuals with cognitive impairments - HOME is not a memory care

- Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized home community care services.

- Contribute to the overall quality of home care services provided to seniors.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in assisted living or related healthcare settings.

- Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to safety protocols.

- Knowledge of long-term care practices and procedures.

- Ability to accurately monitor and record vital signs.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to senior care.

- Familiarity with memory care techniques is a plus.

- Certification or training are advantageous.

Job Types: Part-time overnights, and occasional PRN days (if desired)

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
