We are looking for an exceptional line cook who is passionate about being a part of a team dedicated to local and seasonal ingredients. Full time, evening line cook position.

We are looking for:

At least three years minimum experience.

Hot-side grill and sauté experience precision a must.

Excellent knife skills.

Highly skilled and enthusiastic to continue learning.

Dedicated to preparing delicious, beautiful food

Able to succeed in a high volume kitchen.

Able to work cooperatively with a team.

Ability to handle stress and keep cool in high pressure situations.

Able to take direction and willing to learn.
