Kwench Juice Cafe @ ABQ Uptown is now hiring for an elite group of Barista Members to establish Kwench Juice @ ABQ Uptown as their own "new" trendy place of employment!

We specialize in natural fruit juices, smoothies, Acai/Pitaya bowls and provides the community a "juice cleanse" option. Franchised based in Boston, Mass and over a dozen stores and many new opening nationwide, Kwench @ ABQ Uptown is the first of many expected NM stores. Our goal is to create an elite, loyal, honest and hard working crew to help develop, market, serve and educate our community in the benefits of an all natural and plant based juicing experience. The ideal candidates will have sound work ethics, mature, dedicated, able to follow directions with a "no problem" attitude, honest, loyal, hard working and able to comprehend our philosophy of "Kwench's success is your success!" If when business is slow, and you appreciate your job and take pride in how you do your job, you are continually and creatively utilizing your time improving our brand, you are the one we want.

- Advise customers on the nutritional value of our product

- Previous experience with food preparation is a plus

- Team Members manage the following on daily basis:

- Provide excellent service to customers

- Assist clients with product selection

- Simple food preparation and processing

- Maintain exceptional outdoor displays

- Participate in a positive Team environment

- Receive daily deliveries and stock displays

- Keeping the shop professionally clean and organized

- Must have food safety certificate or willing (we will pay for it)to obtain through employer.

- Promo & Marketing Crew Members will possess the above skills but also be able to demonstrate a desire to contribute other skills or qualities outside the Barista job description
