Scheduling interviews and administrative calendar work utilizing MS Teams, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.

Analyzing calendars and scheduling candidates for interviews in a timely matter.

Building relationships with hiring managers.

Interact with and communicate candidate updates to Recruiting Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Team and other key partners

Keep candidates warm during the interview process and manage candidate inquires as needed

Enter and manage candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System in a timely manner, includes but not limited to scrubbing requisitions, candidate engagement, moving applicants through the process, filling & closing requisitions

Essential Skills:

Previous experience in recruiting support with an emphasis on interview scheduling.

Background managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully

Experience successfully identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks
