Greetings for the day I have the below positions with my client on an emergency basis. Role::AWS Architect Location::Trenton NJ Duration::Long Term Any Visa ok Note: Local candidates will be required to work on-site 2Xs / wk. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: In depth knowledge of AWS platform and services, e.g., S3, Lambda, Step functions, SQS, SNS, etc. In depth knowledge of DevOps pipeline and necessary tools, e.g., Jenkins, JFrog, JMeter, etc. In depth knowledge of and experience in Node.js Proven experience assessing on-premises environment for cloud suitability and establishing a roadmap for the same. Proven experience designing and implementing AWS based solutions. Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint Research market trends pertaining to cloud, recommend best practices and mentor team to build necessary competency Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with the organization Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Certification on AWS architecture desirable Roles and Responsibilities Study existing on-prem environment and define cloud migration strategy Frequently meet with infrastructure and application teams to gather project requirements Develop architecture plan including required AWS services and cost estimation Facilitate conversation with various teams during every phase of project implementation Ensure project design and implementation following already defined guidelines by the organization Develop DevOps pipeline plan Oversee build of the environment and validate the environment to meets all security and compliance controls AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification (AWS Solutions Architect Professional a plus) AWS DevOps Engineer Certification Required / Desired Skills Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience In depth knowledge of AWS platform and services, e.g. S3, Lambda, Step functions, SQS, SNS, etc. Required 5 Years In depth knowledge of and experience in Node S Required 5 Years In depth knowledge of DevOps pipeline and necessary tools, e.g., Jenkins, JFrog, JMeter, etc. Required 5 Years Develop DevOps pipeline plan Required 5 Years Proven experience assessing on-premises environment for cloud suitability and establishing a roadmap for the same.
