Location:Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a Interfaith Programs Coordinator (Pastoral Ministries Coordinator), a member of our Resident Life Team. This individual will plan, develop and implement programs that focus on the spiritual life of the community.This is a Full-Time role Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p. Benefits eligible.Compensation: Commensurate with experience from $58,000-$65,000 annually.What we offer

How you will make an impact

Managing all pastoral functions, including establishing faith communities on campus, providing opportunities for worship, education, and outreach

Developing and maintaining relationships with incoming residents concerning their religious preferences and interests

Connecting with area clergy and congregations to be informed of accessibility and programs

Leading functions to enhance the atmosphere of outreach and fellowship in the community

Ensuring that appropriate notifications occur for resident deaths, funerals, and hospitalizations in accordance with state regulations

Acting as a liaison between Pastoral Ministries and Continuing Care

What you will need

Minimum of 2 years work experience in a chaplain role in hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Ordination credentials preferred.

Four units completed in a Clinical Pastoral Education program preferred
