New Jersey, Sydney 00000 Sydney USAStrategy & PlanningSupport development and delivery of hotel and F&B marketing strategies, aligned with AccorHotels, Sofitel brand standards, and House Made Hospitality.Conduct market analysis using CRM, digital, banking, sales, and product data to identify opportunities and guide campaigns.Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and increasing visitation frequency.Maintain the integrated marketing calendar, lead weekly WIP meetings, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.Collaborate with Hotel GM, Commercial Directors, and R&B leadership to identify promotions, seasonal activations, and signature guest experiences.Brand & Guest ExperienceManage brand standards, guest touchpoints, and communications across all hotel restaurants and bars.Coordinate on-site promotions, activations, and guest communications to enhance engagement.Work with R&B teams to ensure messaging is authentic and product knowledge is strong.Digital, Content & CommunicationsOversee digital marketing and e-commerce channels, including venue websites, Accor F&B platforms, and third-party listings.Manage online presence: website content, social media, SEO optimisation, and online review platforms.Plan and schedule social content—posts, reels, stories—with engaging copy and effective calls to action.Produce creative assets (images, video, graphics) using Canva or external creative partners.Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns via CRM, including design, testing, deployment, and reporting.Develop campaign storyboards and channel plans to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.Partnerships & EventsCoordinate and market special events, partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities to drive visibility and revenue.Provide marketing support for R&B event concepts and proposals.Commercial & AdministrationAct as the key contact for digital marketing activities, managing media partners and negotiating channel placements.Track marketing budgets, manage invoicing, and report on ROI.Use internal tools for insights; recommend new tools to enhance performance.Support ad hoc marketing needs and work flexibly across a seven-day operation as required.
