Part Time Handyman Needed

We are a property management company with a 30 unit portfolio. We also complete full residential rehabs/flip projects and new construction projects. We have properties in Blackwood, Haddon Township,

We are looking for a part-time handyman to do the following:

-General handyman work

-Occasional roofing and siding repairs as needed

-Some plumbing - change out water heaters, sink faucets, hook up vanities

-Change out receptacles

-Painting

-Light spackle work

-Light carpentry work

-Cabinet installation

Please respond with a description of your experience, tools, and work setup (van/truck/trailer etc)

Hourly tasks will generally range from 10-30 hours per week as necessary
