Maintenance/skills/tradesman

Looking for experienced worker for our condominium complex.

Job description includes, but not limited to:

1.inspects the buildings, grounds and equipment

2.handles necessary repairs

3.Has general knowledge and work of electrical, water, sewer (including able to snake lines), plumbing

4. follows local and state codes

5. complies with our association regulations

6.reports issues to the Board

7. Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner

8. Power washing

9. Painting

10 Replace rotted wood

11. Trap squirrels and such

12. Some renovations, as we need to update the clubhouse

13.Monitor parking permits of vehicles

14.Maintain ground cleanliness

15. Knowledge of pools a plus
