Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in sales leadership. You will lead a dynamic sales team, develop strategies to maximize sales, and contribute to the company’s growth in the clean energy market.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of solar sales representatives.

Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

Drive team performance through motivation, coaching, and ongoing support.

Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Identify new market opportunities and drive lead generation efforts.

Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.

Compensation:
