Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Courtesy Patrol with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout Florida. We have openings at our Monroe, New Jersey location.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Available Schedules:

Morning​​​​​​

-Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3pm

-Sunday-Thursday 7am-3pm​​​​​​​

Evening/Overnight​​​​​​​

-Monday-Friday 11pm-7am

-Friday-Saturday 7am-3pm and Sunday-Monday 3pm-11pm

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

-Ensuring that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.

-Making guests aware of rules that must be adhered to

-Contacting the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.

-Reporting to supervisors on a regular basis.

-Recording any suspicious activities to the supervisor.

-Patrolling private residential properties and areas, safeguarding against illegal activity, including theft, loitering, trespassing and vandalism

Requirements:

-Must have a security license

-Must have security experience.

-Must have a Drivers License.

-Must be capable of handling variety of serious responsibilities.

-Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by their employer.

-Must have clean criminal/police record.

-Must have positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests.

-Must be alert, professional, and reliable.

-Must have excellent customer service skills.

-Must be professional, mature, and able to stand for long periods of time.
