Real Estate, Mortgage and Foreclosure Field Inspections

Flexible hours - perfect for parents with kids in school, delivery/Uber drivers, etc.

Experience is helpful but will train the right candidate.

We are currently seeking motivated, well organized, detail oriented individuals to perform inspections throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

This is a contractor (1099) position; you will be responsible for managing your own time, expenses, transportation and equipment.

Work must be performed during daylight hours and some weekends may occasionally be required.

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and current auto insurance

Recent Smartphone (Android or iPhone)

Standalone GPS

PC or MAC with Excel, Open Office, Google Sheets or similar program

Internet access

Color printer

Routing/mapping software

Individuals must be capable of meeting deadlines. You will also be required to inspect all areas of vacant homes and should be capable of climbing several flights of stairs daily.
