About us

National Restoration is an insurance restoration company headquartered in Cherry Hill, NJ. We are increasing the number of corporate locations and expanding into the franchising market.

We are seeking a qualified person to fill this position of Administrative Assistant/Book Keeping Assistant.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Must Be Detail Oriented! Must be a Self-Starter! Must be a Team Player! Must be Reliable! Willingness to Learn new Systems and Processes!

Work Hours 8-5 with 1hr lunch. Pay is every two weeks with Direct Deposit.

Health Benefits after 90 days Employer pay 50%

The position will entail the following duties

- Answering the Telephone, Screening & Transferring Call

- Experience With QuickBooks Online (We will teach)

- Bookkeeping Experience is Helpful (We will teach)

- Willing to learn and help coordinate our projects in a proprietary software called DASH

- Working in Microsoft Office Programs (Word and Excel)

- Creation of Spread Sheets

- Support of Marketing and Sales Team

- Preparing Project folders for new jobs

- Sales and Marketing Support

- Computer Research

- Assisting with License and Insurance Renewals and Certificates

- Assisting with Payroll Time Sheets
