Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader runs a mowing crew servicing residential and commercial properties. Performing services such as; mowing, weed whacking, weed control, blowing, watering pruning, etc. This person is responsible for ensuring quality of service while servicing properties, managing a crew of 3-5 people and completing daily paperwork. The crew leader should possess the following traits;

- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

- Valid NJ drivers license

- Minimum of 3 years as a lawn maintenance crew leader

- Total knowledge of all maintenance equipment

- Ability to drive a truck and trailer combination

- Able to work in all weather conditions (cold, hot, rain, snow)
