Maintenance Personnel

We are seeking maintenance personnel to add to our existing team for a premier resort community in Cape May County. You must have references, a driver license, live within thirty minutes of our location, able to lift fifty pounds, able to work outside in the elements and willing to take a background check. The position consists mostly of light maintenance, cleaning and landscaping duties. Experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance, plumbing, electrical and carpentry is helpful but not mandatory. Our primary goal is to hire someone who shows up, work for eight hours and goes home; someone who is willing to learn what they don't know and understands how to be a contributing team player. We are willing to interview all levels of experience to find the right fit and salary is negotiable depending upon experience.
