I am looking for a couple to live-in ; manage my building in exchange for FREE rent, utilities, cable t.v. & WiFi. The managers get a very large room with 4 big windows overlooking a covered front porch. This would work well where one works and the other does not, or any situation so long as someone is always there to watch the building.
