- Support facilitation of strategic, design thinking workshops to identify customer, employee and user insights, uncover experience pain points and opportunities, synthesize problem statements and align stakeholders on project goals and success metrics
- Work closely with other Experience Architects on complex service strategy and digital experience design projects
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to inform design decisions
- Develop meaningful profiles and personas
- Create user flows, use case diagrams and scenarios to illustrate how users will interact with a digital system and experience
- Map current and future omni-channel customer journeys to help establish what good looks like
- Document user experience requirements and user needs to inform technology decisions and functionality
- Create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate optimal layout and priorities based on user needs
- Collaborate with strategy leads, visual designers and UI developers on ensuring final assets comply with UX best practices and user needs
- Partner with analytics leads to identify customer experience KPIs and success metrics for continuous optimization of designs
- 4-6 years of Architecture User experience
- 5+ years research, strategy mapping and UX design
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Experience Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or other relevant degree.
- Graduate Degree
- Consulting experience
- Human-centered: You understand basic human-centered design philosophy and best practices
- A Practical Creative: You enjoy solving complex problems creatively, but you are practical in your solutions, realizing the many constraints that may impede the "ideal"
- Flexible Work Style: You work equally well in a participatory, team-based environment as well as needing to work autonomously
- Breadth & Depth: You know how to map a "big picture" strategy to individual work streams and the design of cross-channel touchpoints
- Remote position. Client travel expected to be 20% (under normal operating conditions post-COVID)
