Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.As the Manager you will have responsibility of three (3) functional groups: Enterprise Roster Management, Price Administration and Contract Inquiry Support. The Enterprise Roster Management group engages with our internal partners and customers to maintain system accuracy of the Integrated Delivery Network rosters. The Price Administration group maintains contract product, price, rebate, eligibility and performance requirements across an enterprise of customers to include Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) and Hospitals. The Contract Inquiry Support team enhances the customer experience by partnering across the contracting continuum to respond to contract product, price & eligibility inquiries and system discrepancies for both our customers and channel partners.You will lead the teams, evaluating metrics and team performance, identifying short- and long-term goals, as well as serve to be the key representative in strategic and tactical discussions with our franchise partners. In addition, your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with audit procedures and SOPs and collaborating with internal and external business partners to recommend standard processes in support of our franchise contract strategies.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate and influence Customers, Operating Partners, Account Management, Contracting (including Government), Regional Process Center, and the US Commercial Programs Legal Group to ensure alignment of goals for the best outcome for the Customer and the organization.

Responsible for owning, leading, and/or supporting associates on multiple initiatives designed to streamline processes, enhance automation, and/or drive standardization. These initiatives can range in impact from departmental to enterprise-wide.

Successfully collaborate with internal and customer senior management and will often be required to lead customer opportunities with short turn-around times.

Responsible for effective, efficient and compliant development and/or administration of contracts for supported franchises.

Proactively find opportunities to drive and implement improvement processes or policies that will positively impact internal efficiencies.

Ensure that all pertinent activities are logged in departmental tracking tool in a consistent and accurate manner.

Read, interpret written contracts and implement price and rebate terms in systems.

Follow all commercial practices and SOX guidelines and department policies and procedures.

Perform trend analysis; analyze and interpret data and reports to find opportunities for operational efficiencies and/or strategy implementations

Research problems of broad scope (sales, payments, customer structure, product structure and data history).

Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills to interact with Customers, franchise contract teams, distributor and wholesaler personnel.

Support in troubleshooting and resolving price, roster and or invoice discrepancies, as needed.

Use PowerPoint skills to provide senior management analysis and recommendations for projects and/or preceptorships.

QualificationsEducation:A minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University degree is required.Required:

Minimum of four 6 years' relevant business experience.

Experience in either contract operations, customer service, sales, marketing, or finance in the health care industry.

People management and leadership skills.

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite.

Related experience in the Healthcare industry.

Preferred:

Experience with Model N.

Tableau or Master Data Management (MDM) system experience.

Customer-facing experience.

Demonstrated partnership or leadership with projects and/or in cross functional teams.

Other:

May require up to 10% domestic travel with limited travel to Somerville NJ and other JNJ facilities in NJ and PA.

This position has an estimated annual salary of 99,000- 197,000 USD$
