About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):05About the Role:The Team:Interns would be working with our Content and Pricing platforms teams who are responsible for developing core technology solutions. Work closely with Product organization in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with multiple internal and shared services teams.Responsibilities and Impact:Impact: Interns work on meaningful work assignments that meet a real needfor the company. The assignments will offer hands-on opportunities to learn about our products while delivering real customer value.Joining our Software Engineer Internship means you will:

Begin with an induction covering our tech strategies, products and systems, as well as an overview of our technology community

Work on agile teams with peers and experienced software engineers to grow your skills, share ideas and innovate with our technology community all over the world.

Gain hands-on experience creating innovative solutions that make a difference for our customers, clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

Go over the user requirements and estimate the effort

Write code and unit tests using languages like Python, Java, ReactJS

Build the necessary data model or SQL queries as needed

Perform functional testing

Document user guides and prepare operational runbooks.

Attend Scrum ceremonies and provide daily status/progress

Compensation/Benefits Information:The hourly rate for this position is $30/hr. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.What We’re Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:

A well-rounded academic background.

Foundational knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, .NET, etc), databases, data structures, and algorithms

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Passion and willingness to learn

Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.

Able to work effectively with a diverse team.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

An eye for detail.

Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is a plus
