Axiom Business Analyst

Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week)Visa Sponsorship: Talan does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas.We're looking for an Axiom Business Analyst who knows AxiomSL (ControllerView) inside out and has actually shipped FR 2052a or FR Y-15 reporting at a major bank before, not just read about it.Role and responsibilitiesRun a full GAP analysis on our data setup against what FR 2052a and FR Y-15 actually require, pinpointing where fields are missing, granularity falls short, or quality breaks downSit with Finance business teams to really understand our products, then connect the dots to what the reports needTell data architects and upstream teams exactly which data to go get, whether that's transactional, counterparty, collateral, or balance sheet dataTurn dense Fed regulatory language into BRDs and FRDs that people can actually work fromMap data step by step from source systems into the Axiom ODS and consolidated data model
