Job Description

Job description: Knowledge and experience with the preparation of bid documents for various maintenance and repair services. Review contracts, solicitations, requests for proposals, bid submissions, board resolutions. Perform legal research. Perform related duties.

Minimum Qualifications: Admission to the NYS Bar One year of satisfactory US legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar.
