Heavy Equipment Operator / General Laborer

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and other machinery.

Perform routine maintenance checks and grease machines

Work closely with site supervisors to meet project goals

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Assist with site prep, cleanup, and material handling

Support equipment operators and tradespeople

Use hand and power tools

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

If you have your CDL license you may drive a manual single axel or tandem

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate

Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work outdoors in all conditions

Team player with a positive attitude

The ability to lift 25 lbs.+ and stand for an extended period
